Born 19.09.1981 in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. Took his first piano lessons growing up in Varna by the Black sea. At 16 – as a high-school student in Veliko Tarnovo – started his saxophone education. His music path lead him to Dubai where he spent 4 years. In 2009 Marin obtained a MA in saxophone from the National Music Academy in Sofia. Up to date he played for Skoda band (with which he recorded his first album), KGB, various shows on the National Television, the Bulgarian National Radio’s Big Band and Big Band Brass Association. In 2011 Marin joined Low Step. He also has guest appearances for bands like High Time, Tri O Five and others.
